agree I'm expecting >700 but not much more then that.... it is what is. that's what it costs do get a new mine off the ground added there will be some titanium infrastructure added.
700m isn't a big figure in todays climate. look at TNGs capex in 2017 which was around 1.5 billion when you include all BOOT components. the advantage with vanadium the big cost is in getting rock to v205. the downstream processing cost is minimal when you want to convert to electrolyte so there is big value add opportunity.
not many of these critical mineral projects are coming up with capex less then 600-700m these days. especially in tier 1 jurisdictions like Australia and US
