Exactly right. Why are they recruiting someone whose main expertise is in government relations and OHS when they are about to attempt to raise ~$700m capex ? They need someone right now with a background in corporate finance/fund raising and/or securing offtake deals. At the very least, get someone with some experience building a mine, because aren't they now supposed to be in an "implementation phase" ?
