    You r not...market is V ignorant atm...once the V bomb ignites it will be like Lithium in 2018..anything with the V mineral attached will go nuts and those that have approvals in place....tick tick tick

    im in the queue at .24..hope i get them..will bring my average down a bit and my holdings closer to top 20
