A key word that has been missed in posts here is that this is an UNOFFICIAL drive to seek shareholders’ private details and talk behind the scenes.
No shareholder needs to join this group and it I think it is downright misleading to say the purpose is to ‘represent TMT retail holders’ (as per an earlier post).
As the company has OFFICIALLY stated, more details on the merger will be provided in due course to all shareholders.
Troy are you an official TMT representative ?
