Sabine, so often in these situations, small retail holders are neglected. They don't bother voting because they feel their vote is worth nothing.

By doing this, holders are getting together, discussing the situation, and uniting to make sure our voice is heard.

It honestly astounds me that you could possibly be against such a thing.

And with all due respect, 99% of us knew exactly what the group was for and its intentions. I did not find it misleading in the slightest and definitely not "downright misleading". Of course it's not an "official" group. Why would management put together an official group to challenge them?

You're 100% entitled to disagree with us on the merger. I can't speak for everyone but I'd very much welcome you into the group to hear your side and prevent it becoming an echo-chamber.
