Any change, any change at all, must be applied for.

You honestly think the submission sent in by TMT will cover the joining of 2 different companies on 2 different sites?

If it does then Ian Prentice is either a gifted psychic or he has some awkward questions to answer.

For the last time - you CANNOT change ANYTHING on an EPA app that has been submitted without applying to have it changed.
