I actually believe something good may actually come out of the merger IF the new AVL management team comes to its senses and comes up with a revised offer to reflect appropriate value for TMT which isn't just based on "comparative market caps at the time" deep analysis by the brokers and RCF

it gives me good comfort that the big holders who have been here a while are very aware of the shortfalls of next door and will not have the wool pulled over their eyes by any Graham spin. Ian might not want to say no to RCF but end of the day might not have to be him to do it.
