your analysis was flawed when you look at the local Cannington deposit and depths. Main issue has been commodity prices being to low to make it viable. At $40-50 silver this will change very quickly.
Looking at a company like SVL - management have diluted shareholders to oblivion several times and needed to crunch down and start again.
Management here have been careful and have OZL funding the groups greenfield exploration.
think the time to see this move is very close.
