Rob,
The partnership with Telstra and Nokia are not exlusive partnerships, nor do they have a direct impact on the revenue of Valleyarm. Further the signing of these companies is of limited value. i-Tunes represented 69 % of all digital music sales in 2009 with Amazon second in sales at 8%, where do you think that has Telstra and Nokia sitting in the scheme of things?
As I previously stated Valleyarm is not unique in any way, nor does it offer the best price or distribution via online music outlets.
I can't help but question your knowledge regading a CR "A CR will occur but i have it on good knowlegde this will not occur until Valleyarm is well established and the SP is far higher than it is at current levels." From post 5696636. Where has this been suggested in any announcements?
You mention funds being available from large holders, are you suggesting they will loan money or that they will invest further creating a greater market dilution. I can't see why these large holders would be buying in at a premium to the current SP.
As for the Liberty funds you mention, if you check the the anual report is is a consolidated report, what this means is the annual report is describing the revenue and assests of the entire TNC group. The current cash on hand is including the $400k that you have told us they can lend from Liberty. This is basic accounting.
Note 3.25 in the annual report addresses the groups ability to operate as a going concern. There is no mention of using existing cash from Liberty Mining to continue operations, but instead they are relying on their estimates on revenue from CLTNet and establishing revenue from future investments or accessing additional capital (CR).
Further to this Bentleys the independant auditor who checked the annual report felt the need to highlight Note 3.25 regarding the concerns about the companied ability to continue as a going concern.
Your suggestion that the SP will be at 4c by the years end would see the market cap of $40 mil, I would suggest some form of profit would be required to reach this target. The company iteself is forcasting a loss for the next quarter that is with their estimates of revenue from new ventures and increased revenue from CLTNet. I can't see how your target can be reached based on the companies own figures.
This information is all available if you take the time to research. Making things up as you go along is ramping and as I said a disgrace. I don't intend to be offensive, but I am offended by the suggestion of sour grapes regarding TNC, as I said previously I sold on the high last week and haven't lost anything.
Good luck all.
Regards,
JB
