On note 3.25 of the accounts this is a stock standard autitors paragraph on 1000's of small cap stocks.Check other small caps independent autitors reports and you will see this paragraph!!!
On the revenue question the company plainly states the increased revenue and of course that is from customers signing up just that Nokia and Bigpond have a huge customer base!!!
On the rest lets just agree to disagree!!
