At over 1.6 billion market cap and huge potential, the offer would have to be substantially greater than current share price. It would have to be attractive enough for 90% of shareholders to accept.
Let's say $7.50 hypothetically, that would mean around 2.4 billion.
That's a fair amount of lolly to throwing at a takeover/merger.
