As previously stated, TNE was a great success story, Profit increases every year for the last 10 years, however with the increased competition around the market (especially from Microsoft with Great Plains), it now requires to change its thinking with regard to Pricing of software (ie reduce its cost to be more competitive), of course what it will also have to do is make the hard decision and decrease staff by atleast 20%, as it can no longer sustain its current staffing levels.
Unless these hard decisions are made quickly, TNE management are not serious and will erode Shareholder Value. C'mon management make the hard call......
