The company is wrapping up councils in Australia, still plenty of growth there and are expanding into the UK and have design’s on the US market. I believe that they are struggling in the UK market more than they expected thus slowing their plans for the US. Having said that they are paying dividends and appear to be doubling every five years. Apart from any unforeseen blunders, I believe that the Australian market and the UK market can continue this growth profile. I am working in local government after a lifetime in commercial business. I can confirm that there’s a lot of fat in the system for the company to exploit and the local government decision makers are not commercially savvy, and the responsible public servants do not step up to implement modules, they sit back and let the technology consultants (one of the most profitable parts of the business) drive the bus for them.
This means that they don’t plan the structure which means rework and delays - all of which is cream for us.
Another company milking the same structure it Objective, and their staff may well be better milkers than TNE, their licensing is distilled evil which the government’s decision makers don’t recognise (it’s genius). They are the MacDonalds of software
