Good evaluation Marc. This team has a habit of either going off on a tangent and straying from their goals, either because they think it will genuinely be of benefit or because they are trying to make up for their lack of accomplishment - I think the latter. Todays announcement appears to be a good example of that as well. A bit of fluff which I dont mind, so long as it doesnt detract from them delivering on the goals they identify themselves as being the critical path. Their regular slip-ups in the anns also dont give me a lot of confidence and I imagine its telling of the way these guys work to their stakeholders too.

Stick to the game plan, get it done. And for gods sake, take a cut and hire a PA or someone to proof read for you... you can afford it.
