I've watched new technology developments in the energy sector in depth for at least 10 years. I've seen vertical axis wind turbines, wave based generators, triple junction cells with dual axis concentrates, algae & fish based fuel ideas, Stirling engines & hydrogen from sunlight electrolysis - some reached commercialization, some didn't. What won out - silicon based solar panel predominantly because the Chinese embraced on a massive scale the one that worked.

There is no certainty the refinery will be built in Darwin , Malaysia has not been discounted and would be operational earlier (unless another LYC). Don't expect any announcements 'til the Authority to Mine is confirmed.
