100% right Propunter2. The momentum is now for the Mt Peake Project and TIVAN. SMS must know thus. They must know that it is now that refinery construction decisions are being made to fill the supply demand and TIVAN appears to be suitable for application in the main plays Western Austraila and In areas of South Africa. I not also the new Largo prospect in Brazil is titanomagnetite and may also be suitable. I dont include Canada Vanadium Corp because predictably they are still running round circles getting nonwhere fast. Mind you so are some of the WA plays. It will be interesting to see Bushvelds growth. Their current JV project focuses on Vanadium for steel industry , I think they style it "nitro", ill recheck but they dont yet mine there own reserves and they want to be a big intergrated part of VHF rollout in SA which will require some refinery modifications.
TThe point being SMS will want The Darwin Refinery up and running yesterday.
