Quite possible JM! Perhaps BBI are also looking to JV with TNG and ship Balla Balla concentrate up to Darwin for TIVAN processing? Once commercially proven and running at nameplate capacity they could then just build a clone at Balla Balla (if the demand is there).
Exciting times ahead, almost out of the orphan period.
