Having your 7 day exposure period extended into a second week means ASIC aren't happy with something.
2 things as a retail shareholder i don't like are:
1. I'm concerned about governance with lack of executive management and the related party nature of the structure. Ie) TNG hold a significant holding > 10% and the board of TRT are the one's voting the significant 10% stake.
2. The fact that there is still no final class ruling from the ATO of de-merger relief.
