Noodle so you even admit that Rex is crap at his job but you still want him kept on in some sort of capacity. You can't have it both ways. So you would rather keep him on as chairman because why? Don't want to hurt his feelings?someone is better than no one? Poor PB hasn't got time to find a replacement?

Rex never was going to be the permanent Chairman. Time is up he has to go. PB I would say never tried to find a replacement. The money wasted on pathetic pleading phone calls and emails would have been better spent on paying a quality recruiting agency to find a replacement. Bring on the AGM and get this shit sorted and stick a rocket up managements arse. SH have spoken. We aren't taking this shit anymore. We want clear transparent communication and the project moving forward.
