Very good for TRT - the offer was made to TRT shareholder to buy into the SPP at 8c but very few took it up which risked depriving the company of exploration funds. I took my full allowance plus some extra but sold them at around 9c average for a small profit. I was concerned that the general shareholders would let the company "die on the vine" - although I still have some March 2020 options.
The buying in of a 20% stakeholder at a small premium has got to be very good for TRT.
