thanks for that explanation... Sounds ideal under the circumstances!!

What are your thoughts about these strategic institutional placements and debt/equity ratios... Any idea what might be driving bringing them onboard now pre-FID.

I personally think they are just targeting institutions that will hold to raise general working capital, rather than say the HK group we use who would routinely realise their placement holdings over time, but curious if someone with a good understanding of raising capital might have a different perspective on it.
