That is thing that I like most about having TIVAN as part of TNG's portfolio, is that it gives the company global reach.
PB made mention that TIVAN is what SMS are most interested in. They believe it will be the process of choice for suitable titanomagnetite ore wherever it is mined. That will mean, multiple TIVAN processing plants located wherever required.
Owning the IP, will allow TNG to participate in every one of them, even if only to collect royalties from the companies that take up the technology under licence.
Unlike mining, the choice of where to build processing plants is flexible, so too the life the plants will have.
It is possible that a suitably located TIVAN plant could process ore from two, three or more mines in the same geographic location.
