Are people aware also that PB is a Non Executive Director on a company that IPO'd in July 2021 @ $0.20 but is $0.16 atm?

Got his 4mil options exercisable @ $0.30 exp 15th July 2025 and his mate Rex Turkington who was made Director of TRT when they spun it off then resigned and is also a non executive director and got the same options. 1 mil more than the other Non exec and MD.

April 2022 they also got 750,000 Performance options for expiring 14th March 2025 with 3 conditions.
Won't matter anyway as he seems not to use his own money to buy shares.
Just over 99,000 shares less that $17,000 would get him into the top 20 of WMG but maybe his salary from TNG isn't enough for him to live on and buy shares in companies he manages to show faith to the holders.

If having inside knowledge of a company and the potential for it to take off bringing a mine online, why wouldn't you buy shares at these low levels like the Directors of lithium for example.
I see similar to what goes on in politics atm with jobs for the boys looking out for each other as they have turned up on other company boards.
LTH looking for change and hope GW gets this over the line and seeks out the right people to get this done during his interim tenure.
