This would bring the total FOR votes to a round about figure of 149+122.5+17.2 = 288.2M
288.2M / 1,338M = 21.5%

The remaining are below 1%.

This is combined 25.36%.

So if they don't vote/abstain this leaves 53.14% remaining of small holders (100%-25.36%-21.5%) & if they all vote, would require a large majority to fall in the AGAINST column - they've got to make up the 21.5% then a majority of the remaining number 31.64% - IOW 15.82 + 21.5 of 53.14 or around 70% of the remaining votes if EVERYONE else votes.

I did read somewhere that the expectation with this type of 209D is that only 60-70% would vote & only those who return the voting sheet are counted in the mix. IOW 53.14% becomes 23.14% at 70% or 13.14% at 60% which if the numbers above hold & the major holders abstain, then this is going to be a high to next to impossible bar for the current BOD to win.

Any of the major holders could tip the scales in favor of the requisitioning members overwhelmingly & end this today if they so wished, however my understanding is that there are rules that kick into play if they do - so I'm also assuming they are going to abstain, IMO, it is certainly erring in favour of the requisitioning members.
