You need to read back and see what PB did to ensure he didnt lose to the BROWN's back then. He basically sold off a large portion of the Company at a large discount to guarantee votes. From GWs figures in the last Change Management update you can see how close he came to getting beat back then. Fortunately, this time round he cannot do the same so hopefully he is completely f*cked.
