I had noticed at the time that Paul had sold almost 10% of the company at a share price of 0.14 for nine cents.... Normally, large investors tend to pay a surcharge...I was completely shocked at the time but didn't know that it was related to the Browns.... Now of course I understand why he did it after I saw the numbers yesterday ... what an impertinence towards all shareholders... but fortunately the horror will be over in four weeks....
