Have you logged in to the last two AGM’s? Allow me to assume that you haven’t because I see absolutely no way that a mechanism such as what you have posted could actually be facilitated. Questions that were asked of the board were either heavily altered in their delivery or not even asked at all let alone attempting to pose a resolution such as that and then shareholders having the ability to vote on a surprise item. You are right though, it is academic now.
