At the end of the AMA the question which I asked was around conferences. Bit hard to answer in that forum, but in a nutshell the engineering/construction/mining industry is in it's early days of industry wide digital transformation.
This revitalized company (starting in a couple of weeks) has an incredible opportunity to engage with this from the onset. No legacy systems, processes, but more importantly people all starting with a clean slate with the best technology has to offer.
