    That's the problem though. How do they "distribute" it to their shareholders?

    Suddenly there's a flood of TNG shareholders offloading THR into the market?

    Would much prefer they tendered it to institutions, a strategic stake in one hit.

    That's got to be attractive.

    And certainly better for Thor holders
