    Of course you would prefer that they tender to an institution, but from TNGs point of view, if they can issue holdings to shareholders this will support their shareprice through interest. So for TNG, the method they have chosen is a preferred option. Personally I agree, flooding the market with shares will not benefit, but with what THR have in front of them, I dont think soaking up 15mill shares is going to present too much of an issue at the end of it all.
