The market is expressing its confusion right now. My opinion the sale of a strategic stake in Thor would get TNG more cash as a lump sum tender than it will as a distribution at "x" price to TNG shareholders.
Confusion will remain until TNG sets a price for its shareholders to pick up stock at. If it's at a discount then, my opinion again, THR will come back to that price.
Doesn't mean it's todays price though. Molyhill upgrades and Hunan due diligence will hopefully intercede before then.
