Fitzi I absolutely agree with you (and have also been at previous AGM’s and heard the same garbage but JE was hand picked by PB for the exact reason he won’t do any of the above - they’re mates. It’s “you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours”. The only way to have a strong independent Chair would be for a 249D to be successful in removing the board and having an alternative ticket ready to go - and we all know how that ended last time
