Paul Brown did a great for shareholders that day, as uncomfortable as it was.... (I unintentionally sat down behind him and his old man)

100% agree there is a good argument we might be in the same position again as 4 or 5 years ago...

The "Independent" definition in the regulations seems to concentrate more on shareholding % rather than other factors?????
