.... and for newer shareholders who don't know that story, while shareholders (led by the Brown family) didn't get what they wanted at that immediate point, it certainly set the wheels in motion for Rex as the very long standing "stand in" Chair to read the tea leaves and resign some time later after shareholders made such a song and dance about getting on with finding a permanent Independent Chair. Paul Brown did a great for shareholders that day, as uncomfortable as it was.... (I unintentionally sat down behind him and his old man)
100% agree there is a good argument we might be in the same position again as 4 or 5 years ago...
The "Independent" definition in the regulations seems to concentrate more on shareholding % rather than other factors?????
