Do we think the higglety pigglety is a reflection of the immature vanadium (and hydrogen for that matter) markets?
If the material was worth top dollar perhaps due to flow batteries take off.. surely they'd get things happening faster. As it stands however is time really of he essence? or are we just on C n M
