Strategy go forward:

- micro board needs a refresh. New compelling Chairman, Teir 1 NEDs and a CEO for the next phase. I see PB as a great Chairman for this business. Board capability needs to match project success. Currently Board is underweight.
- a new livery and marketing refresh. New name, new brand and sell the benefits of an integrated mine site at Mt Peake
- clear timeliness and commitment for final permitting, FID and execution right through to production.
- better and more market centric comms
- outline ECM strategy. Shambolic to date with the exception of Canaccord coming on board.
- focus on shareholder value creation - that should be one of the Board’s key objectives.
- be transparent on revised financial metrics for Peake. The DFS is out of date and the NPV is significantly greeter than modelled in 2018.

Yes I am annoyed beyond belief. Our project is world class and what PB and his team has achieved is nothing short of brilliant. The project itself can’t do it alone without a first rate corporate team and Board. That is holding this project back and shareholder value. Shareholder value should be at the forefront for management and its Board. I don’t accept we should be at this value. That’s Board underperformance.
