Missed timelines, the realisation that this is still years away from getting off the ground, the investigation with TNG’s name associated, poor financial planning with yet another heavily discounted Cap Raise at a bad time (and you trust this inept management team to raise $1bn or so on good terms / at all, right?), shorters loving all this (very easy money to those unscrupulous #@£&*rs) - a combination of those I’d say.
