Scooter I found a brief mention in stockhouse.com dated 1r February were the CEO of AVC said they were about to become a vertically integrated VRF manufacturer distribution and sales co/. All that was left to do was sign a "Share Purchase Agreement" which should be completed by end of next month.
So it's still alive and pending but a further 4 week wait till we see what's up and on what terms.
