For me the issue is that PB is being paid like a someone who get a project like this done within a few years. The fact is it's still not financed, so he's not that guy. Which is fine, we can do it slower, but pay the man appropriately!
I'm actually positive on this stock from this level, but if we don't have at least a final design, cost and guarantee from sms by end of the year then either PB goes or I go.
