The important financially related material/direction that was withdrawn from yesterday's D&D presentation has created a wide spectrum of conjecture among SH as to the financing strategy & how it may impact share dilution & future revenue / royalty streams.
It's fair to say that SH reactions range from positive intent to lack of professionalism & incompetence.
My thinking hat tells me that we were meant to receive a positive/breakthrough message about the key work that has been done to bring the overall financing deal & strategy together. The key players & their potential contributions were identified. Many of us had already drawn up similar scenarios over the past 6 months. Personally, I don't see this outcome changing much now...but the devil is in the detail.
Clearly, some of the lines needed some more rehearsing before we can go to "opening night".
PB, if the rules permit, please do us a special BRR & clarify the overall bottom line.
This could be tricky but very powerful.
