I am pretty sure PB stated that he was working on all finance to be completed or sorted by this coming Xmas and construction to begin in early 2016 - production timetable 2018 so we will hear something on the finance between now and Xmas and the way he is lining things up it maybe sooner rather than later and its only about three and a half months, not long to wait for the reward and fireworks that will come with the news when it happens.
