At the end of the day this is SMS's deliverable and the 31st March or Q12021 are completely meaningless to their engineers.
It will get done when it gets done. PB's timeliness fooled me once, twice, maybe 100 times. I don't blame him for short delays any more. It's the possibility of 6 months of quiet that scares me.
