Cant blame a company for trying. Often it’s good practice to leave something obvious, so that something much more sinister is overlooked. Looks like nobody picked up on the more sinister stuff. Perhaps you could review the EIS and contribute with finding actual sinister stuff, rather than hinging on an issue that has so clearly been resolved.
