In case any have missed, TNG in late 2020 released some information about the premium products Mt Peake will deliver to our offtake partners.
When you really sit here and consider some of those expected premiums, phenomenal is something that come to mind.
Vanadium Pentoxide - the current quoted price is $7.10/lb for 98% flake. Mt. Peake will produce a 99.6% flake attracting a $2/lb premium or $9/lb.
Iron Oxide - the current 62% Fe quoted price is $160/t. Brazil 65% Fe trades at about a 15% premium or $180/t. TNG is expecting to received about a $6/t premium on the long term 62% Fe pricing of $105/t.
Titanium Pigment - 3-5% premium on the pigment pricing. Current pigment price is $3,200/t. Long term average pricing used in DFS of $,600/t however given a 2MTpa increase in demand in the next 4 years, prices are expected to go beyond $4,000/t.
