Why is Paul on such a salary as he is being allowed to be distracted with WMG at such a pivotal time in TNG's development? A quiet word in Paul's ear is required from our company's leader regards "sticking to your knitting", "give all your time and effort to Shareholders who have paid your salary for the past 10 years" and "its time for you to deliver what you said you would"
OR....I ask is, Paul already preparing himself for the next thing post a succession plan or a failure in his execution of strategy?
