TBH I haven't followed ATC to closely. looks like a pretty small project though from what you've posted.
We are all speculating for the moment but the proof will be in the pudding. I guess that's why our SP is where it is. I do expect the BOOT to be modelled as on balance sheet which was always going to increase CAPEX required to c$1.2B. IF we have to pay SMS a premium for EPC, I'd think it's worth the money for process and product guarantees rather than getting to production (either under TNG ownership or other) and finding you blew it. A few come to mind but Syrah stands out in more recent times.
I've never liked the culture in the boardroom at TNG with lack of buying but the key bloke is the most aligned you'll ever get him with his structure of performance rights.
