PB has 8m shares currently across super fund and personal account. He'll be issued another 12 million after all performance rights have vested. I'd say he'd be looking to deliver $1-2 per shares and sail off it or he sunset (or across to TIVAN) rather than take $500k a year.
Albeit it's not skin in the game, he's pretty well aligned to deliver shareholder wealth
