It's interesting that you're posting that quote to show that SMS are not supplying the refinery, when I read it as very specifically saying SMS will continue to supply all downstream processing plant. I take it you're reading that as they are supplying guarantees only for plant, process and product? It's an interesting read and warrants clarification. To me that statement says they will supply the plant, and they will provide process and product guarantees.
