From the last announcment pre POSCO etc they were working on the current stage of the grinding etc and the comments where the size of the machinery is expected to be smaller so reducing CAPEX.

My thoughts are POSCO being the construction people may also be putting in some advice here to get the best options for building this so more work I reckon between METS / POSCO on getting optimum plant requirements. They were also looking at getting max purity fro Titanium etc for bigger $$

No question I think NPV will be through the roof as compared to PFS with CAPEX going down.

Lots of work going on in the backgroud no problems there....
