Since no has answered you on this - and you have asked twice now - no exact answer as it will depend on the complexity of the arrangements. I did state the other day that I think it will be a couple of months before we see anything. I don't have inside knowledge but I do know that there are so many details to cover and get in agreement with that its not as quick as a hand shake. So...... mid Sept??? That's my opinion and if PB can get it done earlier ..... well I will tip my hat to him.
